1. Our Commitment

At NexuDesk, we stand behind the quality of our product. Because the extension includes a free daily usage allowance for evaluation, refunds are limited to cases where technical issues prevent the product from working as described.

2. 7-Day Refund for Technical Issues

We offer a 7-day refund window for technical issues on all purchases.

A refund may be approved when:

  • A reproducible technical issue prevents the extension from functioning as described
  • The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • Our team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable support window

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • The request must be sent to our support email: [email protected]
  • You must provide the email address used for the purchase or your license key
  • You must describe the technical issue and, when requested, provide enough detail for us to investigate it

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your email address used for purchase
    • Your license key (if available)
    • Purchase date (if known)
    • A description of the technical issue you encountered
    • Optional: screenshots or screen recordings that help us reproduce the issue
  3. Wait for confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

  • We will initiate the refund within 1-2 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

6. After the 7-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will consider:

  • Technical issues that prevented proper use of the extension
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Extenuating circumstances

7. Monthly Subscription Cancellations

For monthly subscriptions:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to NexuDesk until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months unless the request qualifies under the 7-day technical-issue refund policy
  • No charges will occur after cancellation

8. License Deactivation

Upon issuing a refund:

  • Your license key will be immediately deactivated
  • You will no longer have access to NexuDesk features
  • Any data synced to Notion will remain in your Notion workspace (we do not have access to delete it)

9. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The extension worked as described and the request is based on completed exports, migrations, or change of mind
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple purchases and refunds)
  • Requests made after the 7-day period without valid extenuating circumstances
  • Changes in Zendesk or Notion's APIs or policies that affect functionality (though we will work to adapt)

10. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks can result in:

  • Immediate license deactivation
  • Additional fees from payment processors
  • Potential account suspension

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.
